TROPICAL DEPRESSION MARING IS NOW IN THE VICINITY OF PAMPANGA AND IS ABOUT TO LEAVE THE LANDMASS OF LUZON. Moderate to heavy rains will be experienced over Pampanga, Bulacan, Tarlac, Zambales, Bataan & Pangasinan. Meanwhile, light to moderate with occasionally heavy rains during thunderstorms is expected over Metro Manila, the rest of Central Luzon, CALABARZON and MIMAROPA. Residents in these areas are alerted against possible landslide & flashfloods.

Sea travel remains risky over the seaboards of Central Luzon, CALABARZON & Mindoro due to TD Maring.

TD Maring is expected to leave Luzon landmass tonight & exit PAR tomorrow evening or Thursday early morning.

Estimated rainfall amount is frm moderate to heavy w/in 300km diameter of Tropical Storm. Monsoon rains is expected over western sections of Central & Southern Luzon, while light to moderate w/ possible occasionally heavy rains due to thunderstorms will prevail over the rest of Luzon. Residents in these areas, as well as those under Tropical Cyclone Warning Signals 2 & 1 are alerted against possible flashfloods & landslides.
Expected to exit the landmass of Luzon this morning & the northwestern boundary of PAR tonight.

Location of eye: At 4AM today, the center of TS JOLINA was estimated in the vicinity of Aguinaldo, Ifugao
Strength:Maximum sustained winds of 75 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 120kph.

NINA has slightly weakened and is now traversing Mompog pass. Estimated rainfall amount is from moderate to heavy within the 400km diameter of the typhoon. It is expected to traverse the provinces of southern Quezon, Batangas, and Cavite. Sea travel is risky over the seaboards of Luzon. Storm surge height of up to 2.5m is possible over the coastal areas of Camarines Sur and southern Quezon.

At 4AM today, the eye of Typhoon NINA was located based on all available data including Tagaytay, Subic and Iloilo doppler radar at 85km North of Romblon, Romblon. Maximum sustained winds of up to 150kph near the center and gustiness of up to 250kph. Forecast to move West at 20kph.
